LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency launches a CEOI for the acquisition of services for “Training providers
for short-term courses” on behalf of Project KSV/021 receiving financial support from the governments of the Republic of Kosovo and
the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.
Services providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are all legally established companies
governed by private law, as well as non-governmental organisations and not-for-profit organisations (excluding public operators) and
specialised in the provision of trainings and developing short-term course programmes.

Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in provision trainings, short-term
courses and capacity development.
