Description : This contract will provide the infrastructure renovations and improvements necessary to revive the three piers through the production,
installation and construction of all architectural and civil, structural, mechanical, public health and
electrical engineering elements of foreseen and included in the Scope of Works for the Rehabilitation of
Floating Jetties and Shore Infrastructure at Shkodra, Shiroka and Zogaj in Albania.
The Works to be carried out under the Contract will include, but not necessarily be limited to:
• rehabilitation of existing piers (partial demolition of the heads of existing jetty piers (3) to remove
old concrete and reconstruction, raise the existing piers level, finishing works at their walls and
pavement);
• construction of reinforced concrete structures sustaining parts of rehabilitated piers pedestrian-s
promenades
• repair works / replacement / installation of metallic railings on the rehabilitated piers;
• installation of lighting poles and other anci
