The Government of Albania has received financingfrom the World Bank toward the cost of the Dam Safety Project,and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services ("the Services") include assistance to KESH inimprovement of its financial management capacity in order to develop and maintaining the financial management system and reportingin fully compliance with IFRS standards.
The estimated level of effort is 6 professional man months.
The assignment is expected tostart on end of May 2018 and completed by end ofyear 2019.
