The 2 key objectives of the assignment are to develop an asset management plan to support the efficient maintenance of the assets utilised by HSH and to establish the cost base for the track access charges as well as to support the Albanian Railway Company in implementing the track access charges methodology based on the direct cost of operating the infrastructure..
The selected consultant is expected to provide the following services:.
